Michael was VERY enjoyable to speak with and took time to make conversation and answer ALL my questions. BY FAR the best finance person I have ever worked with. He didn't rush ANYTHING. I'm leaving this review because the experience I had at Sheehy exceeded by leaps and bounds my experiences at all the dealers i have worked with in the past which has been 7. They met my terms on the trade-in, the incentives were fantastic from ford and Sheehy, overall, it was exactly the deal I was looking for. I did not buy the same day I went in, took 4 days to think about it, they did call after me and ask what they could do. Look, if you want no pressure, tons of drinking water, and knowledgable people, go there, ask for this combo of staff to do your deal. I will use them again when I need a new car and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Also, the staff was professional. I'm not talking professional like wearing a uniform, what I mean is, they didn't swear or exhibit inappropriate behavior like i have seen elsewhere at other dealers. even staff that had nothing to do with my deal, asked me how i was doing, and answered any questions I had. you get the impression that they actually show their staff they care about them. Lastly, their accessories sales person was one of the nicest people I've met and had the most beautiful smile I have ever seen; joyful and contagious! Cheesy way to say it, but it's true. She didn't pressure any sales on the accessories and because of that, I will end up actually buying one of them from her. If she had pressured me, I wouldn't have decided to buy it. Great experience with pleasant surprises I came to the dealership just before closing on a Sunday during a holiday weekend (Labor Day) with a very good idea of exactly what I wanted to buy. I came to the dealership just before closing on a Sunday during a holiday weekend (Labor Day) with a very good idea of exactly what I wanted to buy. I was quickly introduced to Marijana Godwin, who listened carefully to my general area of interest. Based on what I described, within 5 minutes she showed me a 2016 blue Fiesta on the site that turned out to be the exact car I was looking for! Within another 5 minutes I was completely convinced the car was right for me, helped in part by the huge discount in effect. We went inside the dealership to complete the transaction and my financing options were confirmed within a half hour. Both Marijana and the financing representative stayed late after the dealership closed to complete the transaction, and I felt very comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised in two ways: 1) Marijana offered to arrange a ride for me to get to the dealership two days later when I wanted to pick up the car, and Barry the driver was very pleasant; 2) when I mentioned that I would have to drive to a local gas station to gas up the car, I found out the gas tank was completely full! Marijana also took the time to connect my mobile phone to the Sync system, and demonstrated the method to designate favorite radio stations. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable experience. More
