We went to 2 other dealerships, where we were basically completely ignored, before we stopped at Sheehy in Gaithersburg. Zach greeted us within minutes of us walking around the lot. When we finally settled on 2 potential vehicles, he accompanied us on the test drives, answering all of our questions. Once we "ran the numbers", we sat down with Reza to discuss the financing options. Reza took the time to understand what was important to us about the payment and additional coverage we needed with GAP insurance and maintenance plans. Reza and Zach truly listened to what we were saying and worked hard to find what we were looking for and the financing to make us feel comfortable.
