It is because of him that I now have a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape and I couldn't be more satisfied. We always receive great customer service and maintenance on our vehicles when we visit. Recently (12/12/16) my Ford 150, needed a very small part for my pickup to be prepared for winter snow. When I entered the Parts Department, Chico greeted me immediately and got to work on my replacement part. When we hit a snag about the small part, Nick stepped in and immediately cleared the issue right up. They both were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I left Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg with a smile and parts I needed for the full repair. A week prior to visiting Sheehy, I had a very disappointing experience at a Dealership in Arlington. After searching for another Dealership, I found Sheehy. I was able to call ahead and setup a viewing and test drive for a 2015 Mustang. I arrived to a very welcoming staff who connected me with Ms. Gonzalez. As we headed back outside, my thinking that we would need to wait for the car to be brought around. Ms. Gonzalez handed me the keys to the Mustang parked curb side right out front. Little did I know that as I was admiring the car on my walk in would I then be turning around to hop right in it for a test drive. Talk about an arrive and drive test run. Needless to say this by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you again, Ms. Gonzalez and Sheehy staff. More
