Absolute negligence Never go here... we go to trade in a vehicle, all good deal is going through they give us and offer, price, and prior to finance... well if you want t Never go here... we go to trade in a vehicle, all good deal is going through they give us and offer, price, and prior to finance... well if you want them to appraise the completely wrong vehicle and give you the wrong quote and then they decide to tell you AFTER they run your credit.. Raphel Harrison the manager, and the used car manager all neglected to write down the correct vin number on my current vehicle after they checked it 3 times. Then we come back the next day to talk to the general sales manager Greg Waddell and he says "oh sorry guys nothing we can do, but it's ok it's just a soft hit on your credit, and that same manger said mistakes are like airbags, they get recalled because people make mistakes." COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE on their part. So unless you like them to appraise whatever car they decide to pull up and not catch their mistake until after they run your credit this is the place for you... so needless to say their mistake cost us a credit hit. But on a side note, our salesman Kevin Jandres was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I couldn't imagine not recommending him to anyone else, he was just that great... too bad he doesn't work for a more responsible company. More
