Excellent sales customer service without pressure. This was my first time at this dealership and first time buying a Ford product (F-150) on 2/19/2017. I was immediately greeted by Willy when I entered the dealership. He was extremely friendly and provided an outstanding customer service. He understood my needs and he advised accordingly. Equally important, I never felt any sales pressure during my visit even though I ended up buying that day. I highly recommend Willy and the team at Sheehy Ford. Unfortunately I had a very poor after sale experience with different staff. It took 3 weeks for someone to get back to me about questions on finance and maintenance/warranty programs I signed up for. Now 10 weeks later (7 weeks after they finally got back to me) I'm still awaiting credit for the maintenance program I have paid for (this is typically a 3-4 week process). I highly recommend you get all the information you need while you're on site during your purchase and think twice before you pay for those programs offered even though you will be told they're totally refundable in case you change your mind. I'm debating whether I will go there for maintenance even though the service department is hopefully very different than the finance department. More
