Right car, right price! I've been driving the same car for ten years! Time to upgrade to Ford! No pressure and I enjoyed feeling like my new 'friends' were looking out for my best interest. So many selections to choose from and prices that fit my budget. Great test drive. Great service, Great people This is only a short review but do let that fool you. I have serviced my 2010 Ford Taurus SHO at Sheehy since purchasing it there in November of 2009. This is only a short review but do let that fool you. I have serviced my 2010 Ford Taurus SHO at Sheehy since purchasing it there in November of 2009. They have alway taken great car of my car and frankly it's the ONLY place I take it for my VIP scheduled service or to fix various issues. I've had extended warranties on the vehicle from the beginning and never had a problem a Sheehy Gaithersburg. I starter my service with Joe Walsh who was a outstanding Service Advisor and when he was deservedly promoted this year to Service Mgr. at another location but he pointed me to Tanner Humerick who is now my new Service Advisor and it's clear he has learned from the best. I get personal attention and honest service with Tanner just as I did with Joe. The mechanic are amazing too! They are knowledgeable friendly, honest, and easy to talk to about your car. I always ask for the same mechanic, Ben Hargrove so he has a working knowledge of the service history of my SHO. With over 172,600 miles on my 2010 I need only the best service for my Ford and that's why I always go to Sheehy Gaithersburg to see Tanner and Ben. More

A Cluster F*** I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 Platinum from Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg June 14th 2018. The truck was what I wanted, priced a little high but was I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 Platinum from Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg June 14th 2018. The truck was what I wanted, priced a little high but was everything I was looking for. The buying process was a whole different experience. The used car manager Corey was awesome, easy to get along with and had an answer to every question, nothing bad in the review has anything to do with him, he was awesome. But I took the truck for a second test drive before everything was final. When I got back to the dealership the passenger side power fold sidestep stoped working and was hanging down (motor had gone bad) I was told my only options were for them to remove them and put stationary steps on, completely remove them, or charge me upwards of $1500 to fix them because they “cant just replace the motor and can’t just replace one so they’d have to replace them as a set” I told them to just leave it how it was, I bought the truck and I purchased the motor online for about $200. The salesman, Tim was ok, not a very open and welcoming person, I had to ask him twice to take the truck back and have it cleaned because it was still dirty (granted not 100% his fault). I was given the wrong code for the keyless entry which ended in locking the keys in the truck while it was running (after I bought it). On top of that I asked him to get me a quote on remote start installed he said he would call me back. I forgot about it and then got a call a week later with an insane quote. Also he has emailed me and called me several times about writing a review about my experience. Well here it is. Even the finance guy Bernie was horrible. I had MY OWN financing and CASH and it did not stop him from talking down to me and treating me like I was nothing but a joke and a waste of his time. The ONLY person in this dealership that deserves any praise is Corey. As for Tim, he needs some more training, and Bernie needs to find a new line of career. The only reason I dealt with this dealership was because they had what I wanted, otherwise I would not have gone here. I will not be recommending anybody to come here to buy their next vehicle. More

Great dealer experience from start to finish From start to finish the sales person John was Great in asking us the correct questions, as in what are we looking for and what is our price range. He showed us from basic to middle to the top of the explorer models and went beyond to looking for the features we wanted. We test drove a model we really liked but didn’t like one feature (leather seats). He took us to pick up the same model we liked but with cloth interior and we Loved it. From then the process went smoothly and fast, we didn’t feel that the time dragged or anything and he kept checking up on us in offering water, coffee, etc and having conversations with us and our children. We loved our experience with Sheehy and John made the experience great. More

The car hadn’t been completely detailed yet when I finished driving so the dealer kept it for a few days before having me come back in to look at it. I was extremely impressed in the level of detailing, the car looked amazing. The car was owned by a smoker and the smell was completely gone (writing this review a couple weeks later and there is still zero trace of it). Extremely happy with my purchase and Kevinth made my first car purchase a very enjoyable one. Gus was very helpful handling the trade in with my previous vehicle since it was a decision that was made after the original purchase. More

I had been looking online for a Ford Certified used F-150 for a couple of months with a particular set of options. Each time I would go to a dealership it would have already been sold and the sales staff would try to sell me something I didn't want. Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg had one that fit my needs so I went there and sure enough it had been scooped up the day before. The salesman Kevinth Nunez sat me down and listened to my list of options. He got together with the sales manager Corey Ray who said they had an extensive web of connections and before leaving the dealership they found exactly what I was looking for at a source in PA and said they could have there in a couple days if I wanted with no obligation. The truck was exactly what I wanted with less miles on it than I had been hoping for the price I wanted to spend and I was given a fair value on my trade in. At no point during the process did I ever feel any pressure and I would highly recommend Sheehy Ford and specifically Kevinth Nunez and Corey Ray and Bernie Zetlmeisl who was very efficient on the finance end and a hoot to work with.
