I am very picky.. so it was hard to find something that I like in such a short frame of time after something so unexpected. I was very frustrated... I ended up finding a car that I liked at this dealership.. after calling to verify a few things before hand, I decided to make the drive an hour away from Baltimore to Gaithersburg and had the pleasure of working with Reza, there was someone else that was helping me initially.. but they made me feel rushed.. Reza took the time to answer the MANY questions that I had.. even so much as staying after his shift was over and helping me on his day off.. most people now a days don't tend to go above and beyond with the customer service.. but Reza definitely did. He knew part of what was going on that I explained to him, he wasn't pushy or tried to sell me anything that I didn't want AND he always responded either by phone or email.. which I sincerely appreciated.. If I am in the market to buy another car.. I would definitely come back to this shop, not just because of it's location.. but because of Reza and his customer service.. From the moment we stepped on the lot Lamont walked out to greet us with a smile and a firm handshake. he even helped us get the best value for our trade over a consistent negotiation with his superiors to put us in our new Lincoln. Even after the deal was over he offered his assistance solving our one problem of taking our 2 week old lease over the border. (The main reason we were looking to upgrade in the first place). He pushed to solve our problem and by the end of the week we were able to cross the border with no problems. Lamont Brown is the best version of what you want in a car salesman - honest, forthright, and always follows up. Even after all the paperwork has been signed he is there to assist with any qualms that occur and will do his best to make sure that your experience has not been tainted.
