She sent me what vehicles she had on the lot with small, shorts clips of the vehicles. She stayed in contact with me through the holidays and would check in with me regularly to see if there was anything that I had questions about. When I knew that I was ready to plunge into the dealership, I emailed her and she told me that she would create a time slot for me. It only took roughly 30 minutes to pick out the perfect car for me and my family. She was respectful, proficient, and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot.
