We chose to have the repair done by the dealer, from whom we purchased, to be assured that original Ford parts would be installed. We dealt with Kevin Speicher and Jim Consoletti. They were polite, responsive, and clearly competent. They examined the damage and found additional issues not found in the adjustor's external examination. The repair was completed in approximately a week and the car looks as good as new. The car drives like there was never a problem. They helped to make a painful situation as bearable as possible.
