My husband and I are used to being at the dealership the whole day and haggling over prices but that wasn't the case here. We took the car for a test drive and had all of our questions answered very quickly so that we could make a decision. James was great and gave us all the information that we needed without putting the pressure on us to buy on the spot. However, since it was so informative we were able to decide to buy on the spot and we are very happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend the dealership and working with James Smyle!!
