My wife regularly her Explorer serviced here so I was already familiar with the dealership. I stopped in this weekend to take a look at an F-150 Lariat that was optioned almost as if the previous owner w already familiar with the dealership. Work with Michael Jarvis who was very knowledge about the vehicle as we did our walkaround and test drive. Asked him a few more questions and then thanked him as I had a few more vehicles at other dealerships to check out. After I finished my rounds that day I text him to see how long he'd still be there. I'd come to the conclusion that price/featureswise/locationwise the vehicle at Sheehy was the better deal. We chatted and unfortunately I didn't that I wouldn't be able to make it back by the time they closed. He advised me that if I came in the next day that he'd be off but that he'd connect me with another rep. On his off day he texted me to give me the name of the rep (Wesley Jarvis I didn't make the connection at the time because I hadn't noted Michael's last name). Met Wesley and he was just the kind of personality I like, calm, soft spoken, comfortable in his own skin. We talked a bit about my concerns in terms of vehicle certification, etc. the last names clicked and I finally asked is Michael your brother... YES! So it was cool to keep it in the family. In the end I walked around with a vehicle that I'm very happy with and Sheehy will be high on my list for future vehicle purposes. More
