Extremely shady service department. I was completely blindsided by the true cost of my service here. I went to this Ford due to convenience being on my way to/from work. I got a fla I was completely blindsided by the true cost of my service here. I went to this Ford due to convenience being on my way to/from work. I got a flat tire and had another one leaking. I was due for new tires soon so decided to just go ahead with it. I was quoted for the price of the tires ($185 each, $740 total). I signed off on it, left my car overnight, and got a call the next day that my car was done. I then received an invoice via email for $1100+. I was anticipating some services fees, taxes, etc, but to be blindsided by nearly $400 additional than what I was quoted is unacceptable. When reaching out regarding the total for an explanation as to how it could be that much, I was simply told I signed off on that price. The actual total was NEVER disclosed to me and if I was, I would have gone elsewhere. When I reached out again voicing my disgust with the lack transparency, I was simply ignored and got no response. I was without a doubt taken advantage of due to 1. the urgency of my situation and 2. Being a young woman that clearly doesn’t know a lot about cars. For those of you that have used Ford before, you know how important it is and how much they push you to fill out the survey regarding your experience. Highly convenient that after this service, no survey was sent despite MULTIPLE attempts to get it sent from the dealership. Made it very clear they are okay with poor customer service when they don’t have to be held accountable for it. Extremely shady and unethical department that values making money and swindling customers more than quality customer service. I can confidently say I will NEVER take my car there to be serviced again or recommend it to anyone. More
