I told him our situation— 2 boys under 2.5– so we didn’t want to drive all the way to Gaithersburg from Calvert County to haggle. I wanted the online price confirmed and I wanted a specific amount on our trade in. He was able to get both done and got us started on the paperwork before we even got there. The place was HOPPING with customers, so it wasn’t the fastest experience in the world, but by far the most pleasant even with two very antsy babies in tow. I hope we won’t need another car for a while, but as soon as we do, this will be where I start my search first. The first car buying experience where I wasn’t left questioning humanity.
