That sales representative was not prepared to assist us and did not seem interested in selling an SUV to us. We came back the next day, only because the price seemed reasonable and they were offering a reasonable trade-in on our leased Expedition. Kevinth, our new sales representative, was very competent and very accommodating. He appreciated what we had been through the previous evening, and was prepared to give us a first-rate experience and to "sweeten the deal" a bit further. The finance person was also very personable and we left feeling much better about the entire experience with Sheehy. More
