Tanner Humerick brifed me on the process, since I had a third party extended warranty, and recommended a few services for my vehicle. The service tech called me about the warranty items: what Ford covered and what the other company would cover, that the power steering was not leaking and that all other work would be finished the next day. Tanner called me the next day and said my vehicle will be ready by 3:00. I was sent an invoice by email, that I reviewed and paid on line. When I arrived, Tanner brought my vehicle into the service bay for me. I was amazed to see it was washed and vacuumed, never got that service from my other dealership.
