Awful Experience I've been taking my Truck to Sheehy Ford for regular maintenance and inspection since I brought the truck from them. Last year, they told me that the I've been taking my Truck to Sheehy Ford for regular maintenance and inspection since I brought the truck from them. Last year, they told me that the truck could use a fuel injection cleaning (last done about 1.5 years ago) So I turned them down. A few weeks later, I started to notice the car started to run rough so I took it in for a tune-up. After the tune-up things seem to be running fine for a while, but several months later, the car just died. I was told the battery failed and one of the starter coils failed. Was a pretty expensive repair but I needed my truck so I had it done. About a week after the service, it started running rough again. Forward a few months later, the rough running turns into frequent stalls so I had to tow it into the shop after it died on the road. I was told the problem was a Mass airflow sensor being dirty and my air filter being filthy (I thought the regular maintenance was supposed to take care of that?) Anyway, had to pay for it again, and the car seemed to be fine. However 4 days later the truck stalled again, and the problem continues. Since I was on a cruise for 2 weeks, I couldn't take it into the shop, after my vacation the truck started stalling frequently, and after one fill-up at the pump, it started acting violently and stalled and died completely and it took a while to start up again. I managed to get it home but in my driveway the truck died and the engine light came on for the first time in all of this. After I took it into the shop, I found out this time it was an oxygen sensor having issues. Another expensive repair. After some arguments with the very rude service guy on the phone, I found out that the manager gave me a $100 discount on the repair. This is great except wasn't I supposed to get a 5% discount on my repair for being a VIP member? So where is my discount? Why am I getting charged every time for another diagnostic fee when it is obvious that it was a related problem for the past year or so that I've brought the truck to the shop? The service guy insists that none of the issues were related, yet the result is the same: The truck stalls and eventually cannot be restarted. Seems like the same problem to me. To top things off, its been a week since I got the truck back. It is starting to run rough again. More

Lamont was amazing! I went in my with dad to buy a car last week and we were helped by Lamont. From the very beginning he was super friendly and listened to what we wante I went in my with dad to buy a car last week and we were helped by Lamont. From the very beginning he was super friendly and listened to what we wanted. There were a few times where we had to reschedule coming back in to meet with him and each time he was patient and understanding. Even though his job is to make a sale, he was extremely genuine and honest in helping us choose the right car for me. On top of that, after my car purchase was finalized (I absolutely love it!), Lamont made sure to follow up. He answered all my questions, and even took the time to go over some of the features my car came with. I worked with Jason to finalize the finance portion of the car and he was great too. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with everyone at this dealership. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lamont. I would totally recommend anyone looking for an enjoyable car buying experience AND a great deal to go to Sheehy of Gaithersburg and ask for Lamont! More
