Overall poor experience for purchasing a car. I was in contact with a salesperson and had to call the dealership multiple times because they would answer emails or texts. Also, the finance person I was in contact with a salesperson and had to call the dealership multiple times because they would answer emails or texts. Also, the finance person came across as overtly racist and was extremely condescending, asking me if I knew the definition of very common words, such as "comprehensive". Once we were half way through our financing paperwork, he told us to leave his office so that he could finish another customer's order from the morning, which was several hours earlier. He actually interrupted our session to fit someone else in because they were purchasing a more expensive vehicle. On top of that, I know how much the persons vehicle was and more because he left it displayed on the screen for a long time for other customers to see. After all this, we finally were finished paperwork and waiting for the vehicle to be detailed, they stopped short of completing our vehicle because they were "backed up". The vehicle has tape that was peeled off of it, leaving a mess of stick glue in the door frame. They told us to come back another time to finish it without even stopping with the vehicle in reasonable condition. This was a very sloppy and extremely disrespectful dealership. I will surely never come back to this dealership again. More

I had a great experience with them when getting a box truck for my cabinet business.
