Communication to me is important, when leaving my vehicle with a repair shop, expectations are let me know what needs to be fixed, how much time it will take and what the cost to me. I don’t want to have to with a repair shop, expectations are let me know what needs to be fixed, how much time it will take and what the cost to me. I don’t want to have to call the service desk, they should contact me. On the couple of times , I’m the one who had to contact the service department to find out what is happening to my vehicle. Don’t know if they are under staffed , or need more training in customer communication. Would like to see better communication in future dealings. More
