Jeff greeted me at the door, and was friendly but not overpowering. The whole experience was great. I have not so good credit and I was treated with respect. Unlike Olathe Kia that salesperson was rude f overpowering. The whole experience was great. I have not so good credit and I was treated with respect. Unlike Olathe Kia that salesperson was rude from the start and I will never recommend anyone to go to Olathe when Shawnee Mission is not that far away and you are treated so much better. The whole experience was enjoyable. Jeff is a wonderful personable young man. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was in control of the process, not him. I liked not being sold but treated like a valuable customer. More

The first van we picked was wrecked when they picked it up to bring it back. We picked a different van and after 3 trip and 6-8 hours we finally got our van. A couple months later I ran over something on the highway and punctured the gas tank. I took it in for repair and turned the claim over to insurance. I read the documents submitted to insurance and the quoted price included $25 of replacement gas. I got there to pick up the van (with 2 very small children in tow) and was told insurance didn't cover the gas (yet I paid the same quoted price). I left there and was able to make it to the gas station (thank goodness). But, I felt this was poor service for such an expensive repair. I would have paid extra not to have had to worry about making it to the gas station while transporting a 2 year old an a 6 month old. I posted this once before and was told they would send a check for this "error". That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. I then called and was told they would check into. I didn't get a call back and still no check as promised. I probably won't return for future work. More
I drove to Kia to "just look" and ended up leaving with a car! Marty was awesome from the start! I was given a tour of the building and met several nice associates. I went to have my 2002 Rio's Rear Wheel Bearings replaced but, soon discovered that I had a far more serious problem. In frustration, I decided it would be best that I view and consider a new vehicle. Althou but, soon discovered that I had a far more serious problem. Although, I originally envisioned purchasing the 2010 Forte, my salesperson (Bo Hardy), successfully encouraged me to "think" about the purchase of a 2010 Optima. I had NEVER even consider this vehicle, but after having a chance to look it over and check out some of its rating (Motor Trend, Consumer Reports, etc...) I decided it would be a great buy. Unfortunately, I still had a negative equity in the 2002 Rio (had purchased it only 1 year earlier as a "go about" vehicle) Bo, worked out a little "magic" and helped to secure me few fantastic rebates and a fairly decent trade-in amount for the Rio. Way to Go, Bo!! The overall service was very good. I was looking at new cars at 7:30am; even Bo, wasn't expecting a "buy" that early in the morning. My experience with the Financial Manager went quick and smoothly. With the exception of his suggestion of that the 'ol "STOP GAP" Insurance, it really was a rather pleasurable experience. I can assure you, I'll tell my friends/family about my experience and to give Bo Hardy/Shawnee Mission Kia, the thumbs up if a new vehichle is needed. More
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us get what we wanted. Kevin was able to point out feature that I wouldn't have used right away, because I wouldn't have know about them. He was able to explaine everything in detail, some I would have never thought to ask about, but would have wanted to know within the first week of owning the car, like how to remove the spring loaded cargo cover. While we were doing paper work the shop put in car mats, washed it, and filled the tank. We will highly recommend Shawnee Mission Kia. More

Our sales person, Begi, is one of the sweetest people that I have met in quite some time. She was knowledgeable, but humble enough to tell us that she didn't know the answer to what we were asking, and would find the answer. Which she did! It's not hard to tell when someone is insincere, and insincere is not a word that can describe Begi! I honestly feel like she and her manager, Mike, bent over backwards to treat us right. I know for a fact that Mike did more than he had to just to make sure we were happy. The thing I think I liked best about the dealership is, there wasn't any beating around the bush or trying to sugar-coat anything. The way they presented themselves and their vehicles is the way that they were. Simple, concise, and accurate. I am completely satisfied with my new (used) Sorrento, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a vehicle. Shawnee Mission Kia will be my first stop, the next time I'm shopping for a car. Thank you!!! More

I would recommend this dealership and Antonio to anyone and everyone I know. I plan on my next purchase to come from Shawnee Mission Kia. The payments are also affordable and stayed within the price range I requested. Thank you Antonio and the rest of the team at Shawnee Mission Kia. We could not have been more satisfied with our Kia Forte purchase. More
Well the deal is done!!! I love you guys!!! This group was the pinnacle of excellence! I went in just to look and told them what i was interested in. Brian and Begi knew exactly what i needed and didn't look on the lot, but looked at inventory sheets and found my dream car. For a small lot they have a huge inventory. As soon as I saw the Jeep with everything it had I was blown away. I wanted it but being newly divorced I felt discouraged but they told me not to worry and that they would take care of everything. The finance company initially approved the car and then even with my score in the low 700's they started asking for more paperwork. This team of professionals did not stop fighting for me until there was financing in place and I was satisfied! I was even able to get 1.5% less APR on the loan than the original quote. If you are looking for a new or used car and don't go talk to this crew then they can't help you. NO OTHER dealership has ever fought as hard as this one for their customers. I drove away today completely satisfied with my new Jeep with all the bells and whistles. The only thing my car doesn't do is massage my shoulders on long drives. The heated seats will be awsome this winter. Thank you again gang!!! My friend even went over last December to get a car. She had really bad credit because she had been in school for the last 8 years and they did not stop til she drove away with her new optima! That was the second car she bought from them. I was super impressed with this dealership. I truely felt like i was going to be dissappointed when i walked in but the dedication that this team gave was outstanding. i ended up with a much better car th like i was going to be dissappointed when i walked in but the dedication that this team gave was outstanding. i ended up with a much better car than i had and cut my payment by 1/3. i would reccomend that anyone go there for their next car and their next car after that.
