My entire experience at Shawnee Mission Kia was a great one. I was in a vehicle that was about to literally just fall apart bumper to bumper and I had to get something completed right away. But my salesman Jaime worked with me start to finish to get something done for me. I told Jaime upfront that I was going to be a challenge to get approved for a brand new vehicle. He did not show me the exit, give me the cold shoulder, or treat me as an inferior person. He stuck with me and made something happen for me. During the entire process, he was courteous and freindly but it wasn't just to make a sale. I could tell there was sincereity behind his character because before he knew he'd be able to get me in something to already having made the sale, his personality never changed. Thank you Jaime!!! Everything from shopping, financing, and delivery was all handled superbly by these professionals! They actually call back, a rare thing these days! Even after the sale it doesn't stop. Tyrone called my daughter to check on the vehicle and asked if everything was ok, she had a light come on that said she had a tail light out. Tyrone said, just bring it by and we'll take of it! I came in not really planning to buy a car. I was just "window shopping" with a thought that if I found the right deal I would consider it. I had some very rigid criteria and had no interest in budging. I was somewhat considering buying my fiance a car for Christmas. The salesman approached me and asked if he could help. My immediate thought was "go away and let me look" but I told him some of my criteria and decided to let him try to sale me a car. He showed me a couple cars, and I just wasn't interested in them. I was working to find a way to just leave without being rude. He tried several angles and I just wasn't biting. It was very low pressure but you could tell he wanted to make something happen. He got the manager involved and they ran through a list of cars they thought would fit my criteria. They finally mentioned a 2010 Kia Optima EX. Liking Optimas I agreed to take a look at it. It was beautiful. He had sold me. I was so impressed I decided to look into trading in my 2007 Suzuki SX4 and buying a second vehicle. The first one Suli showed me was a 2011 Optima LX. It is amazing and I am very happy with it. I bought both vehicles and highly recommend going to see Suli to anyone considering buying a car. Suli won't let you leave there without at minimum feeling like you've had a positive experience. This dealership has created a life long customer based on Suli's dedication. More
