My experience with Shawnee Mission Kia and Rocco Morando was awesome! I've never walked into a car dealership and had to wait for a salesman to help me-usually they're coming out of the woodwork! We were ready to buy a car from another dealership, but had to have some work done on our Kia - and when we were picking it up, Michael, in service talked us into coming back to Kia to try to let them conv had to have some work done on our Kia - and when we were picking it up, Michael, in service talked us into coming back to Kia to try to let them convince us to buy a car. We have so enjoyed the service at Kia with our Optima - with Michael - we decided to wait on the purchase and give SM Kia a try. He hooked us up with T.O. and we were "hooked" and bought the Sorento 2013 that night! T.O. was NOT pushy. He's fun, engaging and worked with us. We also worked with Rob Childers who they call "Pope". Nice guy and worked with us. It was a great experience. They gave us all the info we needed and all the time we needed. We love our new car!! I had visited several dealerships before this one trying to get financed within my budget. Though they were able to get me where I needed vehicle wise, it was the Salesmen himself who stood out.
