Bought my car there and have been happy ever since! The service dept is amazing! So far I've only needed regular oil changes ect they always get me in and out super fast so it's easy to stay on top of! The service dept is amazing! Purchased a 2020 Sorento from them on Oct 23, it had a dent in it that they said they would fix. Dropped it off with them on Oct 30, they gave it back a day or two later, not fixed, in fact they had crea dent in it that they said they would fix. Dropped it off with them on Oct 30, they gave it back a day or two later, not fixed, in fact they had created more problems. Told me to bring it back a few days later, which we did. They have now had the vehicle for over 5 weeks! 5 weeks to fix a dent! Twice they have tried to give it back to me with new problems that they created. They left the bumper liner undone in the wheel well and took the vents out, so there liner is loose and dangling and there is a hole where the trim piece was. They replaced the bumper liner but did not order the trim pieces, so now we are still waiting for them to get the trim pieces fixed. We bought the car in October and we are now into December. More
