The reason I said that I didn't receive a phone call asking about how I like my new car is that I had gone back to the dealership the next day with my daughter to see if she could be qualified. At that visit, I told Justin that I loved my car and I asked a couple of questions about the way the car keeps you in your lane and about how the car seems to start again when you're pulling off at the stoplight. He answered both those questions and told me that I could turn those features off if I wanted. On the day I bought the car, he did take me to where my car was being prepared for me to take home. He said there was some inspection that needed to be done before I picked it up. So if that was the service dept, YES I was shown that department. I should not have answered NO to those questions. I just wasn't thinking clearly. Everything was great and happened so fast I was scared to sign the papers! Justin and the finance managers were great, fast, nice, and professional, from the time I stepped into the dealership. I didn't even expect to get a car and if I did, I didn't expect a 2024 but all of my expectations were exceeded and I'm happy with my new Kia!
