Hard to get in touch with, I've been on hold for over 30 mins multiple times. I was hung up on 4 times. My dad called to talk with the manager and no one ever called him back. I had explained what was wrong with my car and it wasn't inspected good enough to find the problem the first time. So when the problem persisted I took it back in and they finally looked deeper and found the problem. Overall disappointed. More

Two employees were discussing these survey results at the payment counter while I was present. They mentioned the names of those filling out the surveys were visible to them. There is no mention here of cust payment counter while I was present. They mentioned the names of those filling out the surveys were visible to them. There is no mention here of customer names being connected to the surveys they are providing. They were talking negatively about the customers and one of them was cussing. Poor customer service to talk badly about customers in front of other customers. The tech helping me did apologize for their behavior. Also, don’t see the point of sending a video of the inspection work when it only lasts a few seconds. More
