I bought a 2021 Kia Sportage from the used Kia Dealership on Shawnee Mission Prky. I had problem after problem with them from day one. First, the salesman forgot to give me all my paperwork from the day of s on Shawnee Mission Prky. I had problem after problem with them from day one. First, the salesman forgot to give me all my paperwork from the day of sale. I had to wait 3 days before they could print it out once it was scanned into the system. After 3 days I had to make a second trip to the dealership to pick up the paperwork only for them not to give me the complete packet. The guy argued me down saying that was everything. Lies! Then once the title came back I drove back out there to get my title realizing that the original salesman didn't sign the title and licensing form so I had to have another salesman sign it. On the day of going to the DMV, I get turned away (after being there for an hour and a half) because it turns out Shawnee Mission sold me a vehicle that had a lien on the title. Now, I make a third trip back to the dealership, ask to speak with a manager telling them the issues I've had since day one with this company. I asked if I could trade my vehicle in for another one that I would actually be able to register and was told no and that basically I just have to wait for them to get the lien situation taken care of. He apologized and said they will pay the late fees for registering my vehicle once the lien is removed from the title. He didn't offer any services like a free oil change, free car wash or anything for my inconveniences of the wasted trips to the dealership , paperwork not being properly signed and given to me nor for me having to take off work an additional time and going back to the dmv. He just apologized and said they will pay the $25 late fees. Nothing about compensating my wasted gas going back and forth, nor about lost wages from taking off work an additional time due to their errors. I work at a hospital and it is extremely hard to take off once assigned shifts. I am so disappointed and deeply regret ever going to this dealership. Worst experience I've ever had. More
