When the vehicle is dropped at Shawnee Mission Kia the trouble begins. After an extended discussion with the service reps via the phone I am able to explain that I had arranged the vehicle to be repaired and gave the name of the person that took our call. IT issues had sent my call to Lawrence. The service rep in Lawrence(Trina) was so professional. The service reps at Shawnee Mission (Becky&Diamond) were of marginal assistance. Becky had a 3-4 minute rant over the phone concerning not knowing the car was to be dropped. Diamond took over after Becky and was pleasant. Unfortunately when we went to pick up the vehicle it did not start. More
