Was promised an interior trim piece for a used car I purchased, it was missing. After purchase and several emails it became clear that was now my responsibility. I was initially told this would not be purchased, it was missing. After purchase and several emails it became clear that was now my responsibility. I was initially told this would not be a problem as older vehicles cycle through, they would be able to get the trim piece, but after 3 months still nothing. Salesman told me if I buy it he will reimburse a bit of the cost, but that wasn’t what we agreed to nor do I have the time to hunt for parts. More
