Jerry my service rep was absolutely one of the kindest and most professional service reps I have ever spoken with. I will 100 percent be returning for future work and maintenance if the rest of the team provides the same level of customer service that Jerry provided. The technician that worked on my vehicle seems to have done an excelkent job as well. My car is running great so far and though i didnt meet him or her, i can tell tlit was a job well done. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil and air filter changed, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even checked me in. Three hours later I was I scheduled an appointment to have my oil and air filter changed, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even checked me in. Three hours later I was told my vehicle is ready,I paid and realized I was charged more than what was quoted when I scheduled the appointment online. I picked it up and drove home and when I arrived I checked the air filter to find that it was not changed. I will never return to this dealership, I cannot even trust that you even changed the oil. I also will be reporting this to your corporate office. This has been the worst experience at any Ford dealership I have been to. More
