I felt my service advisor Anthony did an okay job, he could of done better with the service he did for me. I did request an invoice of what was wrong with my vehicle and never did. Shamaley Buick GMC Service Department......Santiago Valle/Service Advisor together with service staff professionals, Jared and Frank.......serviced my Cadillac XLR-V. These three professionals collectively displayed a personal interest in resolving the service issues my car required. Their attention to detail, timely and continuous consultation with me coupled with their expertise and determination to satisfy my concerns are an example to all other automobile dealer service departments as to the definition of customer service. The cashier at the service department (I believe Sandra) continued the same professional attitude with her detail to service documents providing explantion on the content of each document I signed. Undoubtedly.....Shamaley Buick GMC has invested resources in their employees...resulting in each one earning the moniker of brand ambassador. More
I don’t understand why we bought a brand new truck from this dealership in March and it’s June and still don’t have a registration for our vehicle. Went into the dealership (because called for four hours a this dealership in March and it’s June and still don’t have a registration for our vehicle. Went into the dealership (because called for four hours and nobody answered our call) in beginning of may inquiring on why it’s taking so long. Finance manager said he needed more “forms” completed. Said forms included a power of attorney form which we did not understand because my husband and I are both on the loan and both were present for signing???? Again tried to cal today and apparently nobody is there and they closed the dealership. Can someone please give me some answers? More
