The initial buying experience was a bit rocky as I was on my way from out of town to buy the truck only to be told the truck was sold an hour and a half into my trip. After I turned around and made it back my way from out of town to buy the truck only to be told the truck was sold an hour and a half into my trip. After I turned around and made it back home, I was told to go back as the sale didn’t go through and they can still sell it to me. I love the truck so took the 4 1/2 hr trip to El Paso. Aside from that little mishap, the sale went fairly smooth. The salesman Sergio was very nice and professional. Because he knew that I was on my way to get the truck, he made sure it was ready as soon as I got there. He had started the paperwork and the process went by pretty quick. The truck is extremely nice and Sergio was great help. More
I felt my service advisor Anthony did an okay job, he could of done better with the service he did for me. I did request an invoice of what was wrong with my vehicle and never did. I feel like he could o could of done better with the service he did for me. I did request an invoice of what was wrong with my vehicle and never did. I feel like he could of kept me up to date with my vehicle without me calling or texting him every 4 hours. I know they are busy, but my vehicle was there for a week. More
