I have taken my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado on numerous occasions reference a werid noise coning from the front of the vehicle. I explained to them that it only hapoens when the temperature is hot and even occasions reference a werid noise coning from the front of the vehicle. I explained to them that it only hapoens when the temperature is hot and even provided them with a service bulletin that this is a known issue with these trucks (bad CV shaft). They refuse to fix it and their response is always the same garbage. Sorry we can’t duplicate the noise. These guys are absolutely worthless! More

This dealership excels in customer service. I went on a Friday for an oil change & the service representative was extremely professional & courteous. They found a hole in one of my tires, and I went on a Friday for an oil change & the service representative was extremely professional & courteous. They found a hole in one of my tires, and I didn't notice the text or email mentioning it; so he came out to the lobby and alerted me. I was extremely grateful to get that repaired in a timely fashion. More
