I have brought my vehicles in the past several time everything would go smoothly. Last 3 time I have been getting the run around waiting up to a week and getting my vehicle back with nothing done to it everything would go smoothly. I brought my car in as it was having electrical issues. The radio was not working, the dash stated service airbag and the seat wouldn’t recline. Throughout the visit I received great updates from the assigned representative Hugo. He was very open about what was going on and available anytime I reached out. The frustrating part of my servicing with Shamaley is that two weeks and $1400 later, the only issue that was solved was the radio getting fixed…. Waiting on the part was the biggest reason for the wait time, but if you have the vehicle for two weeks why are the other items not diagnosed and parts ordered against the fault? The seat still won’t recline when you sit in the driver seat and it still alerts for service airbag. More
Took car in for oil change, tire rotation and other stuff. Took 2.5 hours and they didn't even check tire pressures, they were low. Went back for tire pressures, they set them at 40 psi when they shoul stuff. Took 2.5 hours and they didn't even check tire pressures, they were low.
