I took my truck in to fix a recall issue and they offered to change the oil and rotate the tires. Charles was very professional and fast. I was treated with respect and dignity. I purchased a GMC which I believed should have been a great experience and it turned out to be negative. It took over a month. I call and administrators were not avaliable. My first visit to the service department. I had an appointment, but still took a while to get waiting on. The guy kept apologizing, but could have been faster. Been to SHAMALEY multiple times for service & each time was not greeted by an advisor. I had to go get an advisor and force them to help me. Informed the advisor all I needed was an oil & filter change a was not greeted by an advisor. I had to go get an advisor and force them to help me. Informed the advisor all I needed was an oil & filter change and instructed him that’s all I wanted done. My truck sit untouched for 45 minutes. After about 1.5 hours I received a text telling me I needed $200 additional service done. I knew I did not so this was frustrating especially after I had already instructed what I wanted done. Obviously I denied the service. After almost 2 hours I was finally told by my advisor my truck was almost done and was being washed. Again I instructed the advisor I did not ask for a wash and to bring me my truck. My truck was finally brought up front after waiting just over 2 hours for an oil change. When I reserved my appointment on their website it indicated I would receive a 20% discount if I booked a certain time frame. I booked within that time frame but no discount was given. When I got to my truck I noticed a chalky residue on the inside panel of the driver door and the wash performed was sub par at best. As I got in my truck I noticed some items had been moved around on the console and as I looked closer I noticed much of the loose change I had in my cup holder was gone. Obviously there are unethical people who work at this dealership and customer service is nonexistent in my opinion. I will not be back. More
