I wasn't originally thinking of a ford focus as a Jim (James) Reed was one of the most patient and knowledgeable sales reps I have ever worked with. I wasn't originally thinking of a ford focus as a car option, but after Jim described the car and all the benefits that it would offer, and with the unbeatable deals that shaker family ford offers, it was a no brainer at the end of the day. Excellent salesman in every sense of the term and an amazing individual to work with. I will be back to work with him as soon as I can, at least in 6-7 years (this car will last me much longer though). I also worked with Cindy Bugbee, who was also a pleasure to work with especially during the 2nd largest purchase I will ever make. Going through all the contracts, extra features, and just being an amazing individual to work with, I will be back, in 6-7 years at least :).
