Great Experience - all around I originally corresponded with Kaylie via email because I saw an Escape I was interested in online! After a day or so, we found one I was ready to come and test drive! Walking into a car dealership can be intimidating for a girl; especially a girl who is alone. My experience was everything BUT intimidating. I immediately felt comfortable and respected. Everything I asked for was shown to me, and when what I was looking for wasn't within my preferred budget, they helped me find something VERY similar and well within my comfort zone. I was NEVER pressured, hassled, or uncomfortable. Instead, I enjoyed everyone I met with and left smiling. One minor issue returned me to the dealership the next business day, and I was again treated with respect. My concerns were met with quick and efficient service. In a very short time he had my figures and what my trade in was worth and what I needed to get my dream car. That was last Wednesday. I called him the next day and said I would be in on Saturday. The amazing thing was he told me he was going on vacation but he would speak with Dom to have everything ready for me. My car would be detailed and with a full tank of gas. When I came in on Saturday it went so smooth I couldn't believe it. Dom had my car waiting for me. Beautifully detailed and with a full tank. Cindy in the finance department was already working on my paperwork.. These three employees are so amazing. Kay went above and beyond for me and I will send everyone I know that is interested in buying a car directly to him.
