We went to Seth Wadley Ford to purchase a new to us truck with one we found on their website and with our salesman Zach’s help however, there were two of the same color and one was a Lariat that we intended with one we found on their website and with our salesman Zach’s help however, there were two of the same color and one was a Lariat that we intended on getting but when we looked at it and the king ranch, my husband fell in love with the king ranch. We took his truck to trade in the next day and while waiting I decided to test drive a few and they let us take the Lincoln Navigator to lunch, I fell in love with it immediately!! We finished up with the truck and on our way home we worked out numbers over the phone with Rickey in finance who was absolutely amazing!! They had my Lincoln Navigator delivered to us at our home an hour and a half away in Texas the very next day! What amazing service, they have customers for life with us and all our family and friends! Zach was the best salesman, from the handwritten thank you card he left us as well as the Seth Wadley ball caps for my husband and the Lincoln ball cap for me, to being extremely patient and running around getting all the vehicles for us so quickly, he really does care for his customers. I also have to mention that Sales Manager Scott was amazing as well, he knew just what to give on our trades to get the deals done and with a smile! He also shared stories with me and my husband which we found to be so nice and down to Earth! They truly have found the secret to success and I wish nothing but the best for all of them, thank you so much Zack, Rickey & Scott!! Y’all are the best! More

We ordered New Ford F-350 back in October 2022, under my X-Plan since I work for Railroad. I receive phone call that pickup was in and when would I like to pick it up. The Sales Rep told me they will not honor the x-Plan price. This is whole reason I ordered it from them in the first place. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR NOT HONORING PRICING!!! More

I was forced to pay $1,995. 00 for a value add that ended up being bedliner and window tint. After the truck was delivered (2 weeks late) I called the salesman and called them 00 for a value add that ended up being bedliner and window tint. After the truck was delivered (2 weeks late) I called the salesman and called them out on the 2 things being scratched up and obviously not new, he immediately said 'bring it back we will fix it for you. After waiting 3 months for my title and being completely ignored by everyone they finally checked into the situation and realized they never told the bank to send it to me, at that point they sent me another temporary tag (admitting fault by sending me the second temp tag). Once I finally received the title, I sent it off and it was put in suspense by the state of AR. They did not fill out the paperwork properly. I called for anohter 2 months with no luck talking to anyone who cared. The salesman said 'I'm sorry you are being so impatient' I lost it at that point. I ended up having to hire an attorney to help me get it resolved. My attorney laughed at the false promises and was surprised that they wanted until the last hour before the deadline to reply. All in all it took me 6 months to get the title situation resolved. I will never do business with them again. I suggest you don't either. More
