I want to share my experience fairly because I believe in taking responsibility for my own decisions. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, almost immediately afterward, realized I had made an impulsive financial decision that I regretted. That part is entirely on me. The vehicle itself was fine, there was nothing wrong with it, and I understood that the dealership had no legal obligation to undo the transaction. Within just a couple of days, I contacted the dealership and explained the situation. The vehicle was essentially in the same condition as when it left their lot, and I made it clear that I was not asking them to take the car back at my original purchase price or absorb my mistake. I was willing to take a reasonable financial loss. Ultimately, their maximum buyback offer resulted in me paying approximately $3,500 out of pocket just a few days after purchasing the vehicle in order to walk away from the deal. Again, I accept responsibility for making the original purchase. My disappointment is with the lack of flexibility afterward. I felt there was an opportunity for the dealership to turn an unfortunate situation into an exceptional customer-service experience while still protecting their own financial interests. They knew the vehicle, had just sold it, and were getting it back essentially unchanged with the opportunity to retail it again. I wasn’t expecting them to lose money because I changed my mind. I simply hoped there would be more willingness to meet me somewhere in the middle. In the end, they were within their rights to handle it the way they did, and I appreciate that they were at least willing to purchase the vehicle back. But after losing roughly $3,500 in a matter of days, I came away disappointed with the experience and don’t feel the level of customer consideration matched what I had hoped for. My advice to anyone buying a vehicle, here or anywhere else, is also a lesson I learned the expensive way: slow down, remove the excitement from the decision, understand every number, and make absolutely certain you’re comfortable with the purchase before signing. He told me will have answers for me latest by Monday which is today but as usual just like the culture they have at their dealership, no-one reached out. I called him twice and even send him a message but no response. These people are scammers. You can find my email address if you need more details I would be more than happy to provide you. Every word on this review is 100% accurate. They are all Bunch of liars and have even worst customer service. I purchased a $150k vehicle from this dealership. Worst mistake of my life. The car had bunch of stuff missing for example the spare key, which I was promised would be delivered to me which by the way is $1200, even the engine cover was missing. Some of things you trust when you think you are buying something from a trusted dealership. I called and left messages for my sales person Trevor and sales person Jon but have not received any response. They were responsive until I had not taken the delivery. There were lot of red flags, I should have noticed but I like to see good in people and trust them. The promised to put new tires same as the car comes with on the car but instead they decided to put cheaper tires and cut corners that should have been my biggest red flag but I decided to gave them a benefit of doubt. I am out of state so they can totally ignore me and my questions.I called there and the lady who answered I asked for Jon and told her that I have been trying to reach out but no response and I told her I want to resolve the issues here and dont want to post any bad reviews but instead she told me that they have lawyers also. So now they are threatening with lawyers when all I am trying to ask for something that I was promised. Please be very careful when doing any business with this dealership of their people as they are liars and will sweet talk you into buying there defective and incomplete vehicles and then will ignore you. I would say run, run away from this dealership. Take your business somewhere else where you also get after sales service. I will be calling and BBB and would be posting reviews at every forum that I can find. Please bring any lawyer you want, I am not scared of telling a truth. I have text messages from your employee.
