He told me will have answers for me latest by Monday which is today but as usual just like the culture they have at their dealership, no-one reached out. I called him twice and even send him a message but no response. These people are scammers. You can find my email address if you need more details I would be more than happy to provide you. Every word on this review is 100% accurate. They are all Bunch of liars and have even worst customer service. I purchased a $150k vehicle from this dealership. Worst mistake of my life. The car had bunch of stuff missing for example the spare key, which I was promised would be delivered to me which by the way is $1200, even the engine cover was missing. Some of things you trust when you think you are buying something from a trusted dealership. I called and left messages for my sales person Trevor and sales person Jon but have not received any response. They were responsive until I had not taken the delivery. There were lot of red flags, I should have noticed but I like to see good in people and trust them. The promised to put new tires same as the car comes with on the car but instead they decided to put cheaper tires and cut corners that should have been my biggest red flag but I decided to gave them a benefit of doubt. I am out of state so they can totally ignore me and my questions.I called there and the lady who answered I asked for Jon and told her that I have been trying to reach out but no response and I told her I want to resolve the issues here and dont want to post any bad reviews but instead she told me that they have lawyers also. So now they are threatening with lawyers when all I am trying to ask for something that I was promised. Please be very careful when doing any business with this dealership of their people as they are liars and will sweet talk you into buying there defective and incomplete vehicles and then will ignore you. I would say run, run away from this dealership. Take your business somewhere else where you also get after sales service. I will be calling and BBB and would be posting reviews at every forum that I can find. Please bring any lawyer you want, I am not scared of telling a truth. I have text messages from your employee. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. God bless you all at Seth Wadley. More

My mom hasn’t bought a car in 25 years so when she told me she needed help started shopping on line and within mins Kelli called me telling about a car that my mom might like. That one didn’t work for my mom ( she knew what she wanted ) but that didn’t stop Kelli she then searched a found the car of my mom’s dreams for a price my mom could afford. Not only was the car shipped from out of state we drove it before signing anything. That was the best experience I’ve had with dealership in a while and I would highly recommend Kelli at Seth Wadley for all your car needs. Thanks Kelli and Seth Wadley for making us feel part of the family and driving away in our new car. I know from now on that’s the place and person I’ll be dealing with! More

I am utterly disgusted and beyond frustrated with my experience at Seth Wadley Ford. Two months ago, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Limited F450 from them, dropping over $80,000 on what I thought would be a reliable vehicle. How wrong I was! Just a month in, the turbo failed catastrophically, xxxxxxx all the oil out of the motor and blowing it out the exhaust. Unbelievably, the truck has been sitting in the shop for over a month now, waiting for someone—anyone—from the warranty company or Seth Wadley to approve and cover the repairs. The total lack of responsibility and urgency in addressing this issue is mind-blowing. To add insult to injury, when the truck was delivered, the front tires were so bald that within a week, I had a blowout. It was glaringly obvious that the truck hadn't been serviced or even looked at before delivery. It seemed as though they took it on trade and handed it over to me without running it through the shop—completely unacceptable and dangerous! Everyone I've spoken with at Seth Wadley Ford gives me the runaround. No one takes ownership of the problem, and there's been no effort to resolve any of the issues. Thanks to their shocking neglect and incompetence, I’ve now lost my $208,000 a year job because this truck, which I bought brand new from them, doesn’t even run! If you value your money, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Seth Wadley Ford like the plague. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I should not be dealing with any of these problems or coming out of pocket for anything after giving this much money for something only 2 months ago and keep in mind it’s been sitting in a ford dealership shop for 1 of those months waiting on approval of repairs! If you're wondering about how they do business, call up there and listen to their on hold recording where they say "engines for life on ALL our cars. no matter how old how many miles gas or diesel ." Then go look at a used car or truck and I guarantee you they will have some reason that car is not able to have that warranty or they will say yeah no problem it comes with it. THEN READ your paper work. They will fail to add it to the sales agreement. Sorry pathetic people in it for the fast buck and screw everyone that gets in their way. More
