worst costumer service in the world they dont even try worst service you can find, never come here, and never but never buy i car from this dealer. when you go to service they will tell you that your part worst service you can find, never come here, and never but never buy i car from this dealer. when you go to service they will tell you that your part will take some time they told tell you exactly how much time since the claim that they dont know that info, and my radio took 1 month to get there and is under warranty, after that i spoke with Jesus, which apparently he not working today (he is sick) i told another Representative there if i can drop off to have it fix but they said i have to wait for Jesus that he will be back on Tuesday, which means more days and have to miss work, so i told him that if is the only person working there or whats going on, and said "that Jesus is the only person who can help me" i cant believe i have miss work twice already for a simple fix they guy name rudy is the worst More

If I had the option I’ll give David and Jason six stars for their work, very professional, respectful, and great costumer service. All transactions were conducted with David over the phone, I live in Sacramento, just over 100 miles away from the dealership, and due to work schedule and distance to the dealership, I needed to wait until the weekend to pick up 2018 Expedition Max. After I expressed my issue Jason called and said “we can bring the car and all paperwork to you”. That’s the kind of service that deserves all the starts. Thank you David and Jason for the excellent vehicle purchase experience. More

A painful process was made very easy and customer friendly. Second, the staff has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. When I returned my lease, I left items in my car. Seth helpfully called me, and then drove them to my neighborhood as a courtesy. And whenever I need something on my account, they are prompt with their communication and ready to help. I should also note that the Ford I leased performed like a champ and I was very impressed with the vehicle. Thank you Seth and the entire staff at Serramonte Ford. Serramonte Ford commits fraud The service department commits fraud. They claimed to have done a bunch of service on my car and later I find out at least one of the service items wa The service department commits fraud. They claimed to have done a bunch of service on my car and later I find out at least one of the service items was never done. Who knows if they actually did the other work they claimed to do. They charged me over $1,000 for this work with terrible customer service and communication throughout the process. Steer clear of this dealership. More
