I have been looking for a truck for awhile now. I had it down to Toyota Tundra and the F-150 and the Ford won. I’ve only had it for a day and so far I love it. His whole approach from a test drive, sit down for the price negotiation, and his overall knowledge of the beginning to finish process was so well presented that I am still in awe. There was not even a hint of sales pressure. If I simply said that I was not interested in a certain added feature or extended warranty package for example, that was it, we moved on. When he handed me the new vehicle book folder, he pointed to his card to me and said that he was my contact person with any question or issue I may have in the future at Serramonte Ford. That was very reassuring and showed his passion and interest in his work and the customers that he meets. Seth delivered the vehicle to me on time and gave me additional instructions and information at my home. After 27 years of not purchasing a new car, I could have never found a better dealership and sales person for my purchase.
