No means NO! When I say I hadn’t even parked before being harassed by “salesman” Tarek (terek?), I mean I was still pulling into a parking spot with my window d When I say I hadn’t even parked before being harassed by “salesman” Tarek (terek?), I mean I was still pulling into a parking spot with my window down when he started talking. I quipped it must be a slow day if you’re meeting people in the parking lot, he said they were busy but it’s their SOP… bull. Anyway, I said I was just there to test drive a vehicle. He asked for my name and cell number 3 separate times, while trying to get me into the showroom to “view inventory on his computer to pick the best vehicle for me” when I literally knew exactly what I was there for. I said no to every cell# attempt before finally having to say “I’m in sales” which he responds “so you understand” and I have to retort “so you should understand that NO means NO and when to back off!” Couple mins goes by, he tried once again… so I gave him a fax number. His insistent behavior led to me leave, abandoning my test drive. Not only did it cost you that sale, I was in the market for 2 vehicles. Well done. More
