Misleading would be the biggest for me. Having to pay almost 1400$ on services that should have been taken care of before we drove off the lot. There was never an inspection for oil change Having to pay almost 1400$ on services that should have been taken care of before we drove off the lot. There was never an inspection for oil change or battery. Replaced battery out of pocket after they told us they would it install it. Changed their agenda when I walked 7 miles to give them the battery. But I as the wife was accused to be the sole reason why the battery had to be changed. "Your wife must have left the lights on." The diagnostic testing showed it being a bad battery. After all the frustration, I appreciate the diagnostic fee being taken care of, but I did not appreciate the underhanded and deception that could have been avoided. Then a week later the check engine light came on and had to pay another fee to find out there was a computer software update that was needed. I will definitely be more weary of car dealerships in the future. More

I had an appointment for 7:30and I didn't leave til after 10. They didn't let me know that the person who does diagnostic didn't come in til 9 and I missed work.
