A few months ago I came in to get a brake light bulb replaced and they started changing my oil. At the point that they realized it, i don't think that they replaced all of the oil. I literally got my oi replaced and they started changing my oil. At the point that they realized it, i don't think that they replaced all of the oil. I literally got my oil changed the week prior. When i went back, i was told that the valve cover gasket needed replacing. After going back to have it replaced, i filled out the drop box ticket and asked for an oil change with the other service. No one changed the oil. I'm disappointed with the service. I'm not sure if it the technicians or the service advisor, she did seem at little scattered. More

I scheduled my service to fix a broken sunroof during an oil change. The part had to be ordered and when it arrived I was called and set up my service. I dropped off the vehicle at 2:00 as scheduled and was oil change. The part had to be ordered and when it arrived I was called and set up my service. I dropped off the vehicle at 2:00 as scheduled and was told they couldn’t finish the work and I would need to reschedule. I was advised the service would take a full day so I set up a Friday appointment and dropped off my car. I received a call around 2:00 that afternoon to tell me they would need to keep the car Saturday and possible Monday. I was provided with a loaner despite the dealership originally telling me that would not be possible. A day and a half turned into 2+ weeks when the service department discovered the replacement part was broken on day 3 and it would have to be ordered again. I did not hear back from the dealership during the entire time they had my vehicle. The only time I received updates was when I called and asked about my car. My car was finally ready to pick up. I drove to the dealership and arrived at 4:00pm. When I got in and closed the door to drive home, there was a vibration in the headliner. When I asked the service rep to sit in the car and close the door, he looked surprised, said how did I miss this and called a technician. Apparently, a foam spacer between the headliner had moved or was not installed. It took 2 hours for them to fix the problem while I sat at in the dealership. There is no reason I should have been given my car with such a clear and obvious problem. The service department had also promised to provide me with pricing for a side impact collision repair to present to my insurance company. It has been 4 days since I picked up the vehicle and I still have not received the estimate to provide to my insurance company. Everyone who I spoke with and who worked on my car were very friendly and attentive to details when I was physically in the dealership. Unfortunately, my car did not appear to receive the same attention to detail when I wasn’t at the dealership. Disappointed in my service experience. More
I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 from Kia it had to have some parts replaced so it took awhile for me to actually pick it up so I could start driving it. I actually been through a lot with this dealership , first car they sold me the engine stopped working & had to get rentals, then I had a smoking rental , then When I took that rental back they gave me first car they sold me the engine stopped working & had to get rentals, then I had a smoking rental , then When I took that rental back they gave me another one . & the second one they gave me good thing I went and got a update about my actual car, the second rental I had they was selling it and didn’t contact me & my first actual car I got sold that was the wrong car that’s why the engine stopped working & when I got my actual car which is my 2nd car my window didn’t work !!! & they got bad communication BUT MS. SYDNEY that works there she’s the best & she helped me 5 Starts to her ! More
