I live about an equal distance to 3 Kia dealerships - but I ALWAYS come to Serra Kia of Trussville! Johnathan is amazing and takes such good care of my car and my crew - my son needed help with the vending I ALWAYS come to Serra Kia of Trussville! I went in hoping to leave with a car, but left with a feeling of never wanting to return. During my time with one of the dealers, he sucked his thumb when I told him my profession and he told me that he feeling of never wanting to return. During my time with one of the dealers, he sucked his thumb when I told him my profession and he told me that he was turned on by my eyebrow. It was very unprofessional and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and I would not wish that predatory feeling on anyone. I will never return to a Serra dealership in genuine fear of running into this particular salesman again. I’m sure the worth of the cars is great and I’m sure there are plenty of people who work there who will not cause the fear and discomfort that I felt, but because I cannot be certain that I will not run into him or put money into his pocket, I will not chance with any of these Serra places. Treat your customers better. More

This dealership sold me a 2017 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission it took 3 months to fix they gave me a loaner car they never really communicated the whole time I had to call but never had a straight a transmission it took 3 months to fix they gave me a loaner car they never really communicated the whole time I had to call but never had a straight answer about my car I finally got it back I don’t recommend this dealership and don’t use Greg Nims he’s the best liar ever he sold me the car and I sent friends to buy a brand new car he promised me a referral check never got it….
