My car was at this dealership for 4 months for service. I called several times for an update, which was always “nothing yet”. It wasn’t until my wife called and complained after 2 1/2 months that someone f I called several times for an update, which was always “nothing yet”. It wasn’t until my wife called and complained after 2 1/2 months that someone from this dealership ever called me with an update on my car. I was told my car would be fixed the very next week. And then, another month later, my car was finally done. Was told I had a 12 month warranty on the work done, but didn’t get any paperwork. Was told it was “in the system”, yet my dealership has no idea what I’m talking about and can’t find anything. And I’m still having issues with the engine. More
