He didn’t make me feel pressured in any way and when the car color of my choice was not on the lot I asked could he make it happen and 2 minutes later he was back to tell me the deal was sealed! I was happy that the Serra reputation is consistent from dealer to dealer-great staff, great customer service and interpersonal skills and easy to work with. I had high expectations coming from the Serra Toyota family however, Caleb and Serra Kia gave Serra Toyota a run for their money!
