The service representatives for car services are unprofessional. I was given an incorrect “unofficial” quote. As this was the fault of the service representative and not my own, I only had to pay th unprofessional. I was given an incorrect “unofficial” quote. I honestly cannot speak much about the dealership, only the service center part which I have two Kias serviced. This particular time I wasn't greeted kindly and when I sat for a long time, I was never told the service center part which I have two Kias serviced. This particular time I wasn't greeted kindly and when I sat for a long time, I was never told my car was ready. After an hour for an oil change, I walked to the ready bay to see my car was sitting. Then on top of that I had oily fingers print all over everything thing, inside and outside. I was not pleased. More
