I had work done on my car that they completed . When they brought my car to me and I cranked it a light was on that we had never seen before. When I asked about this one person said I know it wasn't on when I took your car back this morning. When speaking to the manager, he acted as if we knew the light was on prior. I had just had my car in for a routine service a few weeks before. We had to leave the car another day and they were not able to find out what was wrong. It was not communicating with their tool. They cleared the code and it has not come back on in well over 200 miles of driving. The communication is not only terrible it is impossible. No one EVER answers the phone. If I got transferred to the service department it was never answered. We called multiple times and never even got an answer on the main. I left voicemails that were never returned. I got the text message about my service and responded to it to check on my repair. NO response. I will never go back to this service department. More

The customer service is good and the work they do seems good but the wait times are awful and it seems that scheduling an appointment means absolutely nothing and you will still be waiting hours. My new (2023) vehicle's check engine light came on within a month of my purchase. I towed it back to the dealership and they said they would test drive the vehicle to attempt to replicate the issue. Two days a month of my purchase. I towed it back to the dealership and they said they would test drive the vehicle to attempt to replicate the issue. Two days later I recieved a call saying they had test driven it multiple times with no success in duplicating the issue. However, my vehicle came with KIA Connect and GPS tracking, which showed it had not been moved since it was dropped off. I shared this information with the person who called me and they questioned whether I was telling the truth and after explaining I would be happy to share the details they said (I'm paraphrasing) "Well I'm not lying to you, it's my tech who lied to me". They told me they would drive my vehicle a couple times and call me the next day with an update. By 4pm the following day I hadn't received a call, so I called to check in and the same person acted surprised I hadn't received a phone call at this point and told me they couldn't duplicate the issue so it was okay to come pickup. There are several other things about my experience that are sub par, but I don't want to put the effort in to type them out. The only positive part of my experience was Starla. She did a splendid job and was very kind to work with. Seemed to care much more about the Customer's experience than anyone else involved. More
