HORRIBLE service. Said they would look at it that day just to see if it was safe to drive to Anniston and give me an idea. I had to keep calling them and after 4 weeks they said my service guy was out for a week but maybe someone could look at it tomorrow. Called back and they said there was no one to look at it so I had to pay to tow it to another place to get fixed. A month and they hadn’t even looked at it! No apologies for not updating me or anything. Had it done in Anniston in a few days. Will never go there again and would not recommend them! Mr Jonathan was the name I was given to get updates and he just had excuses and stalling techniques. More
