I originally called because of an engine error message. The staff was thorough, professional and friendly, and since I was able to use one of the workstations, I was able to work while the service was being done. Great staff and customer waiting area. Our salesperson, James Myrick, was helpful, honest, and knowledgable. I walked out with a car I loved, but their financing process was unclear. They recommended from the beginning to use Kia Financing and knowledgable. I walked out with a car I loved, but their financing process was unclear. They recommended from the beginning to use Kia Financing and then to refinance the loan. They wouldn't tell us interest rates until we were signing papers. We were only given a sheet with monthly payment amounts depending on down-payment and loan length. More
