I think that they might have ripped me off. I brought a used truck from them and less then three weeks later, the check engine light is on. Not so great experience. Bad negotiations. Sales personnel VERY unfriendly. No real price reduction on vehicle--even when presenting a CASH offer. My husband and I, were Bad negotiations. Sales personnel VERY unfriendly. No real price reduction on vehicle--even when presenting a CASH offer. My husband and I, were not offered a loaner, while our recently-purchased vehicle, was being serviced the ENTIRE day. VERY unsatisfactory transactions. I will NOT be recommending SERRA automotive to anyone--and there are a few who are in the market for vehicles. More
