I picked up my vehicle this past Monday and wanted to advise Service, Colin and Brooks that my "Check Engine Light" came on approximately 15+ minutes after leaving the shop. I spoke with Colin this after advise Service, Colin and Brooks that my "Check Engine Light" came on approximately 15+ minutes after leaving the shop. I spoke with Colin this afternoon and will schedule a "Drive By" in the very near future to fix/resolve this issue. Jerry vastly misrepresented the condition of the car he sold me. I was only shown a partial carfax and told an airbag deployment was a manufacture error and not the “minor fender bender” he said when it wa sold me. I was only shown a partial carfax and told an airbag deployment was a manufacture error and not the “minor fender bender” he said when it was really due to a moderate level accident. This car was involved in 3 other accidents I was not informed of, one being a month prior to my purchase. Now, he won’t take or return my calls! What was done was unethical and illegal so I’ll be seeking legal counsel so I can sue. More
