Friendly and courteous and usually prompt and informative but this particular day was different. It took over two hours for them to do a simple oil change and probably would have taken longer had I not went but this particular day was different. The service department is terribly understaffed which created a terrible experience for us in terms of both how long it took them to diagnose the pro The service department is terribly understaffed which created a terrible experience for us in terms of both how long it took them to diagnose the problem with our vehicle (10 days) and the extreme difficulty we had in communicating with the service department during that time. In speaking with other KIA owners in Birmingham AL, it appears that the deficiency in KIA service departments may be broader than this one dealership. It is very unlikely that we will purchase another KIA for this reason. More
