Dealership lost or denied my appt, argued with me regarding cause of problem. I am a certified ASE technician with 20+ years experience as an electronics instructor. Service Mgr argued that history c regarding cause of problem. I am a certified ASE technician with 20+ years experience as an electronics instructor. Service Mgr argued that history codes are irrelevant, and told me that I had wasted two hours on the road meeting an app't I had made three weeks before. Finally got vehicle to illuminate ABS, anti-collision, and traction control failure lights, finally pulled codes, and supposedly ordered a left rear wheel speed sensor. Do not appreciate the lies, being berated and treated like an idiot by service manager. I have 40 years experience as both a technician, and an instructor, and have successfully used history codes as a troubleshooting tool my entire professional career. More
